Full Time Manager Since 1981, Morty’s Pub has been shaped by the community and people we serve. As a full-service pub and sports bar, customers can enjoy our entire menu until 2:00 a.m. - seven days a week. We are looking for a hands-on FULL-TIME MANAGER who is committed to improving themselves and those they work with, while helping the customers they serve. The successful candidate must demonstrate / possess: a minimum of 4 years experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant (with at least 2 years of management experience) a sense of ownership – i.e. do what’s right for the business (decision making as if it was your own) unwavering commitment to customer service and improving staff capabilities knowledge of computer and restaurant software experience in staff training and scheduling ability to clearly understand / communicate direction and expectations clear understanding of the complexities of working with and managing a diverse staff strong understanding of industry standards, food / beverage / labour cost controls and inventory management ability to work with minimal supervision exceptional leadership / training skills internal self-motivation aptitude in fostering and maintaining a safe and respectful work environment We are looking for the complete package!
